When Dunkin’ Donuts offered an incentive program to their franchisees, James D. Smith Architects was named as the exclusive firm for the program and did over 1,000 remodels in three years. When Quiznos decided to expand into New England, our firm was chosen as the exclusive architect for their roll out program, and when the program was in full swing, eight to ten complete sets of CD’s were delivered each week. Our firm also completed 50 remodels for Qdoba Mexican Eats within a 2-month period in 2023 and 2024.
